Last night in my presentation to the Annual Washington Chamber of Commerce's meeting and Supper, I remember saying and emphasizing the results of the 2000 Census. Yes, this concerns me. However, what really concerns me is the trend.
Washington County Kansas has a long, well established downtrend in population.
What steps are we going to take to to reverse this trend? I am very aware there are some that really don't care.
